VRP Consulting in Helsinki — May 2025

Last week, the VRP team landed in Helsinki for Agentforce World Tour — and left with a lot more than a packed notebook. The sessions delivered. AI, agentic enterprise, and the direction Salesforce is pushing the platform next. The kind of content that doesn’t just confirm what you already know — it adds a longer list of things to dig into properly when you get back to the office. But the most valuable moments weren’t always inside the venue. The Finnish market is quietly serious. Every conversation we had — over coffee, between sessions, after hours — was with people building real things, thinking clearly, and asking the right questions. That’s not something you take for granted at every event.

A few things we’re taking back:

— Agentic enterprise is moving from concept to implementation faster than most roadmaps expect

— The gap between “we’re exploring AI” and “we’re running AI in production” is widening — and the window to close it is shorter than it looks

— The conversations happening in Nordic markets are worth paying close attention to

On the cultural side: salmon soup — absolutely everything people say it is. Sauna — somehow didn’t happen. Which means Helsinki already has a reason to see us again.
