The spirit of giving: how VRP Consulting’s Christmas donations are making an impact

As the festive season wrapped us in its warm embrace, VRP Consulting took a moment to reflect on the true essence of the holiday spirit: giving back. In December 2023, we decided to channel our resources and goodwill into three remarkable organizations: the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Tabletochki, and Upwardly Global. 

Each of these entities aligns perfectly with our core values at VRP Consulting and our steadfast commitment to making a meaningful impact in the world. Having worked with them, the team felt it was important to give back to people in organizations helping the most vulnerable people across the globe.

Why giving back matters

In a world brimming with challenges and opportunities, giving back isn’t just an act of charity, it’s a catalyst for change. At VRP Consulting, we believe that our success isn’t measured solely by our achievements and awards in the Salesforce technology sector and across the vast digital transformations we do. Instead, it’s deeply intertwined with how we leverage our expertise, resources, and networks to create a positive impact in the broader nonprofit community.

IFRC: a beacon of hope in times of crisis

Our donation to the IFRC, a global humanitarian organization, resonates with our desire to be at the forefront of aiding those in dire need. The IFRC’s mission to save lives, protect livelihoods, and strengthen recovery from disasters and crises aligns seamlessly with our philosophy of impactful intervention.

VRP Customer Success Manager Roman Mosko works closely with the IFRC. We asked him for his comments. Roman said: “In this season of giving, VRP Consulting is proud to support the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent National Societies, embodying our commitment to impactful change and aiding those in crisis.”

He continued: “It’s more than a donation; it’s a pledge to uphold the values of empathy and assistance, ensuring that our success transcends business achievements to foster positive global impact. Together, we can make a difference.” 

Tabletochki: championing the cause of little warriors

In supporting Tabletochki, we extend our hands to the brave little souls battling cancer. This incredible organization works tirelessly to ensure that children with cancer in Ukraine receive timely and effective treatment. By contributing to this cause, we at VRP Consulting are reaffirming our commitment to supporting families in their biggest battles. It has been amazing to work with them.

Laura Croudace, VRP Nonprofit Practice Director, gave us her thoughts: “As a mother and a nonprofit leader, my heart is fully committed to helping children battle cancer. Supporting Tabletochki reflects our dual mission at VRP Consulting: to bring healing to these brave young souls and to leverage our technological expertise for a greater cause.”

Laura added: “This partnership showcases the incredible opportunity we have to make a difference. It’s about more than just technology; it’s about compassion, hope, and the relentless pursuit of a brighter future for every child we touch.”

Upwardly Global: breaking barriers and building dreams

Finally, our contribution to Upwardly Global reflects our belief in the transformative power of opportunity. This organization assists immigrants and refugees in rebuilding their careers in the U.S. and across Europe, which not only empowers individuals but also enriches the communities that embrace them with diversity and talent.

We spoke to VRP Customer Success Manager Yana Lisovskaya, who has been working closely with Upwardly Global. Yana said: “At VRP Consulting, we’re thrilled to support Upwardly Global.
