B2B Regional Marketing Manager




This is a hands-on marketing position for an experienced marketer to manage the regional marketing strategy. You will take the global marketing strategy and adapt it to regional needs. You will be the go-to person for local marketing requests, ensuring they are properly planned, supported and delivered.

What you'll do

  • Adopt Regional Go to Market strategy into local area ensuring all activities are carried out to a high standard
  • Create, plan and track various types of marketing campaigns, giving regular updates and reports to marketing team and Global Marketing Director
  • Complete competitor analysis - including global competitor presence in region as well as local competitors
  • Ensure the VRP brand is represented according to our brand guidelines. Work closely with Sales teams to ensure all standards are adhered to - from time to time help in creating localised presentations
  • Act as the main point of contact from marketing for all regional departments
  • Be the main contact for local press agencies, journalists and publication companies
  • Translate a variety of content from English to polish for marketing materials, case studies, online promotions, websites, emails and ad campaigns.
  • Run email campaigns and collaborate with local lead gens: collect lists / create suitable content and images / liaise with central marketing email team / track effectiveness / ensure timely follow up by sales team.
  • Set up, maintain and regularly post on regional social media channels in local language, following global social media plan
  • Collaborate with the Central Marketing Services team in generating marketing assets - social media, video, design, digital and content delivery.
  • Provide support and assets as and when required
  • Event organisation: organise all in person and digital regional events, such as VRP business breakfasts / Partner events / Basecamps / Tradeshows / Webinars: prospect identification/message creation/case study alignment/event booking/multi-channel promotion/registration tracking/pre-during-post event lead gen management/follow up tracking/activity reporting with optimisation recommendations.
  • Work closely with regional HR to support the employee engagement activities to help deliver successful execution of global/local CSR projects as well as local internship programs
  • Purchase and maintain consistent levels of local high quality VRP branded merchandise for internal and external distribution
  • Actively participate in regular marketing team meetings, both All Hands as well as individual task focus groups
  • Maintain professional knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, in particular new Salesforce products, marketing messaging, and the Salesforce Partner marketing portal. Ensure you regularly update your knowledge via Trailhead
  • Successfully executed and tracked for evaluation. You will report directly to the Global Marketing Director and collaborate with the central marketing services and lead generation teams to carry out your activities.

Who you are

  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience of executing multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience in regional/global marketing
  • Proven track record in event organisation
  • Marketing planning/execution/tracking exposure
  • Deep understanding of Digital/social media industry
  • Previous experience with CRM solutions
  • Google workspace exposure

Nice to have:

  • Previous exposure to tech sector positions
  • Additional languages are nice to have
  • Presentation creation experience
  • Sales/lead generation background
  • Graphics/Video montage skills
