We are seeking to add a Delivery Manager to our growing US team. Our delivery managers are very client-facing, involved from assessing deliverability during presales through to actual delivery and project management of our large consulting projects. It is likely this role will work across 1-2 projects at any one time across our exciting and innovative portfolio of work. This role best suits a pragmatic and experienced delivery/project focused person with a passion for delivery in all its forms. You are skilled at identifying and overcoming impediments, and pride yourself on your ability to gain trust and respect from others, leading to positive contribution and outcomes. You have enthusiasm for technology and an ability to translate that into helping our clients realize their goals.

What you'll do

  • Presales governance to assess deliverability
  • Delivery planning and execution
  • Project management, governance, tracking and reporting
  • Stakeholder management to C-level
  • Financial reporting and monitoring of cost against budget
  • Driving best practices to continuously improve the quality of work delivered
  • Lead team to focus on delivering excellence, quality and value for the client and business

Who you are

  • Demonstrable experience in the Salesforce ecosystem likely as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager for a Salesforce SI
  • Broad understanding of Salesforce platform, supporting technologies and solutions
  • Natural stakeholder and client management with emotional intelligence; able to handle difficult discussions with confidence and tact
  • Passion for self-starting, hybrid roles
  • Creativity, solution & process-minded
  • Expert in business use and benefits of Salesforce and CRM systems
  • Solid project management skills and experience across waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies
  • Adept at working remotely, engaging with local and near-shore delivery teams
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills with ability to influence & lead clients
  • Attention to detail whilst maintaining sight of the big picture
  • Commercially aware with the ability to manage estimating, budgeting & cost tracking
  • Well organized, proactive and able to lead teams to facilitate the delivery of defined outcomes
  • Skilled at building trust, managing team dynamics and motivating people
  • Flexibility to travel to client sites (when safe to do so), mainly across the US
