We are looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join our quickly growing team in Krakow. Among your main tasks you will manage various projects and client expectations, prepare reports on current progress, and coordinate crucial project steps to provide the best service possible.

What you'll do

  • Managing projects in terms of execution, delivery, time, and budget
  • Managing the team members on your projects
  • Having direct contact with clients related to your projects
  • Managing managed services engagements
  • Collaboration with other leaders from different countries such as delivery managers, project managers, managing directors, and sales directors
  • Working closely together with the distributed development teams
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting in designing and developing new efficient ways of working
  • Identify gaps in current processes and work on appropriate resolutions
  • Responsible for months-end activities such as invoicing, budgeting, and forecasting

Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Delivery Manager (or similar)
  • Background in IT industry is a must
  • Demonstrated experience working in a multicultural company with international customers
  • Proven track record working directly with the client
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience with Business-to-business services
  • Able to handle ad hoc tasks outside of regular projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills coordinating team-client collaboration
  • Flexible working approach
  • Fluent English is a must

Nice to have:

  • At least one PM certificate (Prince2, Agile/SCRUM, etc.)
