We are looking for an ambitious Salesforce Architect to join our quickly growing team in Krakow. Among your main tasks you will be responsible for advising and reviewing on best possible technical solutions and ensuring most efficient solutions that will meet client's demands.
What you'll do
- Designing solutions for the Force.com and Salesforce.com platforms
- Developing the blueprints of technical designs
- Creating technical design documentation
- Reviewing the Architecture and proof of the concepts
- Contributing and overseeing all the phases of the project lifecycle
- Cross-team collaboration
- Be a trusted advisor to key business and technology stakeholders and identifying areas of product growth

- Provide Technical Leadership to the project team
- Execute, and be able to teach, effective processes including project methodologies, programming standards, and meeting preparation
- Design and implement robust systems and processes, running an efficient and organized operation
- Deliver to clear outcome-based targets and measures
Who you are
- 4+ years direct experience in software development life cycle
- Development capabilities using APEX, VisualForce, Classes, triggers, Lightning API
- 2+ years in Salesforce configuration and implementing CRM systems
- Complete familiarity with architecture-specific concepts
- Understanding of databases, web applications, Java and SQL
- Experience with Microservices and API Integration
- Complete familiarity with Data Management, Extraction Transformation and Loading (ETL), Business Process and System Architecture
- Experience of Behavioral and Object-oriented development
- Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of CRM software solutions
- Good oral and written communication
- Fluent English is a must
Nice to have:
- Any other additional languages would be a plus
- Great oral and written communication skills would be a huge plus
- A degree in Computer Science would be beneficial
