The Strategic Alliance Manager role is a new position within VRP to establish, own, manage and grow ISV partner and various Salesforce partner revenue streams across VRP. Strong account relationship management, understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and coordination with VRP marketing, sales and delivery will be needed in order to maximise VRP’s potential from working with our alliance partners. This opportunity suits someone who is an alliance expert with a passion for technology consulting and has experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. What you'll do

  • Develop, maintain and enhance existing ISV partner relationships
  • Manage Salesforce partner relationships (e.g. working with regional SF Partner Account Managers for Core, Salesforce.org, Tableau and Mulesoft)
  • Take accountability and ownership of existing partner accounts building relationships with partner alliance teams
  • Coordinate sales and technical onboarding of VRP resources with partner products
  • Forge strong, formal commercial and legal partnerships
  • Coordinate marketing activity and sales account mapping activity between VRP and partner marketing and sales teams
  • Seek out and onboard new partners into established operational processes
  • Track milestones to achieve success with partners from start to finish
  • Report on partner-specific skills capacity, opportunities and sourced revenue

Who you are

  • 5+ years experience in the Salesforce ecosystem in an alliance or ISV account management role
  • Natural stakeholder and client management
  • Strong tolerance for ambiguity; able to focus and execute in a changing environment
  • Entrepreneurial nature
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Loves self-starting, hybrid roles
  • Creativity, solution & process-minded
