Discover the highlights of Irish Dreamin' 2025 (Aisling na hÉireann 2025), the first-ever community-driven Salesforce® conference in Ireland.
Polish Dreamin’ 2025 was a huge event for Poland’s Salesforce® community. It brought together over 500 Salesforce professionals from across the nation and beyond for a dynamic day of learning, networking, and innovation.
In this article, we’re sharing what we learned and loved at this great event – including event highlights, standout sessions, and key takeaways from the VRP Consulting crew who attended.
First of all, a quick introduction to Polish Dreamin’ 2025:
About Polish Dreamin’ 2025
Polish Dreamin’ 2025 took place at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology on March 28, 202 in the city of Wrocław in Poland’s Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The event was hosted by the community team at CoffeeForce, known for their vibrant and technically rich events.
Across a packed day, attendees had access to 30+ sessions, including hands-on technical workshops, high-level business strategy talks, and inspirational keynotes. Topics ranged from Git workflows and LWC without Apex, to BA collaboration, time-based workflows, and project architecture.
Sponsors included Salesforce, VRP Consulting, and other ecosystem partners, creating a vibrant atmosphere with excellent networking opportunities.

The VRP team at Polish Dreamin’ 2025
We were proud to have four team members representing VRP Consulting this year:
- Egor Apaniuk – Salesforce Developer
- Irmina Swierczek – Business Analyst
- Alexandr Belov – Project Manager
- Krzysztof Kowalski – Delivery Manager
Each attended a mix of sessions tailored to their focus areas, and brought back plenty of fresh insight and inspiration to share with our teams.
We’ll be sharing them in this article now:

Egor’s highlights – dev sessions, hands-on workshops and unexpected inspiration
For Egor, our Salesforce Developer, the event was a chance to soak up technical wisdom and experience his very first IT conference. His top sessions were:
- Agentforce Workshop by Philippe Ozil – A fully booked session (with only 31 participants out of 500 attendees) diving into Git, dev practices, and hands-on coding.
- Bring Data to Your LWC Without Apex by Fabien Taillon – A deep look into using GraphQL and wire adapters as an alternative to Apex, showing modern approaches to frontend data handling.
- Apex Anti-Patterns (and How to Avoid Them) by George Arshakian – A standout session not just for its technical content but for its energy and delivery.
Other sessions like Aníbal García García’s session on the Apex Log Analyzer and Chetan Chugh’s Architect’s Workshop added more layers of technical knowledge that he plans to implement at work. Beyond the code, Egor appreciated the fun side of the event – such as entering a meme competition!

Irmina’s highlights – business value, BA perspective and powerful reminders
Business Analyst Irmina’s experience offered a different lens. While not all sessions were directly applicable to a BA role, she still found several valuable ones – especially those that focused on team dynamics and communication.
Her highlights included:
- The Power of Spikes by Beata Jachira – A passionate session on how “spikes” are used (or often missed) during Salesforce project discovery and design. “Very useful and well presented,” she said.
- Effective Collaboration Between Teams in an Implementation Project by Joanna Knott – Based on basic PM principles like the RACI matrix and team cards, this session served as a good reminder of why strong planning upfront matters so much for smooth delivery.
- Architect’s View on Time Based Workflows by Pawel Dobrzynski – Although this topic is more technical, Irmina found the speaker engaging and the use of live voting added to the experience.
Other sessions, like the Slack + Salesforce integration or Marketing Cloud journey mapping, were interesting, but the true takeaway for Irmina was the community spirit. “Very inspiring in terms of meeting the community – you really get the sense of how many people are passionate about the same things.”

Alexandr’s highlights – PM takeaways, AI trends and moments of inspiration
As a Project Manager, Alexandr appreciated the event’s structure as much as its content. “The sessions were short, easy to follow, and well-timed – a really positive experience overall,” he noted.
Key themes that stood out for him included the growing importance of AI across the Salesforce ecosystem and the practical value of integrations like Salesforce + Slack for enhancing team collaboration.
Alexandr’s top sessions included:
- Beyond Traditional Discovery: Elevating Business Analysis in Consulting with AI by Pei Mun Lim – Showcasing how AI can add value in the discovery phase of business analysis and consulting.
- Unleashing the Power of Slack with Salesforce Integration by Ankita Dhamgaya – A practical session on how Sales and Account teams can stay informed and productive without constantly switching tools.
- The Art of Being Alone by David Filar – A standout session that went beyond tech, offering inspiring reflections on leadership, solitude, and personal growth.
While less technical than some of the other talks, these sessions resonated strongly from a strategic and human-centered leadership perspective.

Krzysztof’s highlights – architecture, collaboration and strategic delivery
As a Delivery Manager, Krzysztof focused on sessions that could support scalable, high-quality project execution. Two stood out:
- 10 Tips For Making Your Next Project Well-Architected by Adam Olshansky – A practical, engaging session on technical governance and project quality at scale. Adam, a Salesforce MVP Hall of Famer, delivered it with clarity and authority.
- Effective Collaboration Between Teams in an Implementation Project by Joanna Knott – Krzysztof said this was a strong session on defining team roles via the RACI matrix and addressing the complexity of global, cross-timezone Salesforce teams.
Krzysztof’s overall impression? “The energy of the event showed that the Salesforce ecosystem in Poland is dynamic, growing, and very much community-driven.” He was keen to emphasize the commitment and enthusiasm he witnessed at Polish Dreamin’.

What we took away – practical tips and community power
Our team walked away from Polish Dreamin’ 2025 with new techniques, inspiration, and a stronger sense of connection to the ecosystem. Here are a few of our key takeaways:
- Plan ahead for technical workshops – Hands-on sessions filled up fast. Refresh registration pages often and try again close to the start time if it’s full.
- Don’t underestimate the basics – Even sessions that revisit foundational tools like RACI or chart types can serve as powerful reminders.
- Engage with the community – Whether it’s memes, casual chats, or live polls during sessions, being active makes the experience more valuable.
- Bring conversation starters – Prep a few ice-breakers like “What’s your hidden gem in the latest Salesforce release?” or “If you could change one thing in Apex today…” to open up deeper networking opportunities.
