VRP insights from Dreamforce 2023 will provide huge benefit to all customers

The world’s biggest technology conference

Dreamforce is one of the most important events in our calendar. It’s been described as “the world’s biggest tech conference” by Salesforce Ben and by Salesforce themselves as “the world’s largest AI event”. At this annual event, the global Salesforce community comes together to learn, connect, inspire and more. Leaders in both the business and nonprofit worlds give invaluable insights in a huge array of sessions, making this a truly unmissable event for those who want to innovate and succeed using the Salesforce platform.

Dreamforce 2023 took place from September 12 to 14 in San Francisco. If you couldn’t make it, that’s OK – you can still catch up on demand via the Salesforce+ streaming service. We’ll be revealing our highlights of the conference later in this article, so you’ll know what to watch first.

Our client Noise Solution at DreamForce

VRP’s amazing client, the pioneering third-sector organization Noise Solution, had a speaking slot at Dreamforce 2023 — and they were given a shout-out by none other than Marc Benioff, CEO of Salesforce! Noise Solution’s Operations Director, Damien Ribbans, told their great success story, explaining how AI technology can be used to create, capture, and measure social impact. In particular, Damien described how Noise Solution automates impact assessments using Salesforce.

We’re very glad to be part of Noise Solution’s story, helping them design and deliver an innovative AI solution to classify, score, understand, and suggest responses to each music mentoring session that takes place. VRP’s attendees reveal their Salesforce Dreamforce 2023 highlights

Mark Hartnady, Chief Technology Officer of VRP UK & Ireland, was there. Here’s what he had to say: “Dreamforce 2023 was truly electrifying. The week kicked off with VRP proudly attending the Partner Recognition Event for Innovation Award Winners, for our incredible, pro-bono work with the Ukrainian Red Cross. The theme of Dreamforce this year was AI + DATA + CRM with a spotlight on innovation in the form of the Data Cloud and Einstein Copilot.”

“Data Cloud, formerly known as Salesforce Genie (or CDP), promises to revolutionize customer data management by seamlessly amalgamating data from diverse sources into a unified customer view – this is now free to Enterprise Customers up to 10k profiles so please get in contact to learn how you can benefit. Meanwhile, “Einstein Copilot” is set to redefine productivity through its embedded conversational AI assistant, facilitating natural language interactions and delivering trustworthy answers sourced from Data Cloud. The highlight for me was VRP’s customer Noise Solution presenting the innovative work we’ve done together using AI to help scale their organization.”

Mark was accompanied by Alex Levin, VRP Strategic Customer Success Manager. We also asked Alex for his highlights of Dreamforce 2023: “My experience at Dreamforce 2023 was three days packed with insights. The conference served as an incredible platform for networking, inspiration, and awe-inspiring moments, with some VRP customers and partners hosting remarkable events. This year’s focus was crystal clear – AI, and plenty of it. Salesforce showcased its unwavering commitment to assisting customers worldwide with a plethora of AI solutions. It was also great that Salesforce announced two free Tableau creator licenses to Enterprise customers so they can take advantage of their data through advanced analytics. I am really excited about helping our clients with Tableau, AI and Data Cloud.”

“A key takeaway that resonated throughout the event was ‘The AI revolution is a trust revolution,’ as emphasized by Benioff, underlining Salesforce’s dedication to transparency and data ethics. Parker Harris further highlighted that, fundamentally, the AI revolution is a data revolution, showcasing the pivotal role of data in this transformative journey.”
