VRP Consulting wins 2022 Salesforce Partner Innovation Award

We’re thrilled to announce that VRP Consulting is the winner of a 2022 Salesforce^® Partner Innovation Award. We’ll tell you all about it — and the work we did to achieve it — in this article.  

Recognized for our CRM Analytics and Tableau innovation 

VRP Consulting won the Tableau / CRM Analytics Award in recognition of our work with Noise Solution, a pioneering third-sector organization that helps vulnerable young people in the UK through the power of music and self-determination. 

Our team designed and delivered an innovative app that enables Noise Solution to auto-transcribe and process participant video feedback to enhance impact assessments. It analyzes participants’ spoken reflections for indications of their progress, sentiment and wellbeing, surfacing real-time insights and next best actions using CRM Analytics (Einstein) predictive technology. To achieve this, our experts also leveraged a host of other technologies including Experience Cloud, Heroku and Appinium. 

Helping our client, Noise Solution

The award-winning solution has allowed Noise Solution to unlock the rich qualitative data within their video recordings. Now they can make more informed decisions and provide their young participants and the adults around them with more meaningful, up-to-date insights into their journeys. We’re incredibly proud of everything the VRP team has achieved on our client’s behalf, and so glad that we were able to help them to increase their impact and pursue their mission. We were delighted to share the news of the award with Noise Solution. Our second Partner Innovation Award in as many years 

VRP Consulting also received a Partner Innovation Award award in 2020 for our work in the Manufacturing & Energy Sector for our work with Rolls-Royce on the Yocova platform. Anyone who attended Salesforce’s Dreamforce 2022 event this year may also remember Will’s session presenting our work for Ukrainian Red Cross Society — another nonprofit sector client we’re very glad to have helped.
