In an engagement of over two years, VRP’s team architected and implemented a Salesforce Customer 360 solution consolidating data from seven different Saint-Gobain brands into one unified system. This multi-cloud transformation programme harnessed Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and B2B Commerce Cloud.
