VRP Consulting wins 2024 UK Digital Revolution Award!

Recognized for our excellence in AI

Founded in 2020, the Digital Revolution Awards is a global not-for-profit initiative that celebrates cloud technology excellence at all levels. It brings together vendors, partners, ISVs, and end-users to shine a light on companies and individuals who shape the future of our sector.

VRP’s win in the 2024 UK Digital Revolution Awards was in the “Excellence in AI” category. The award “recognizes the most exceptional applications of artificial intelligence in the cloud tech space”, and winning it is incredibly significant to us.  

The award was given thanks to the work VRP Consulting did with Noise Solution, a pioneering third-sector organization in the UK. They help vulnerable youths through the power of music and self-determination, pairing program participants with musicians in sessions that increase their confidence and well-being. These sessions create hours of video feedback and written questionnaires that need detailed assessment, with manual processing being time-consuming, unscalable and highly subjective. 

The solution our team designed and developed for Noise Solution aims to understand every music session with their participants, using the power of AI to classify, score, understand, and suggest responses to each session. With VRP’s help, they now have an intelligent technology solution to help them objectively and accurately analyze this massive quantity of unstructured data and revolutionize both their work and their impact.

Winning “Excellence in AI” is not only a great recognition of the hard work put in by our team and Noise Solution. It’s also a testament to our – and their – commitment to harnessing the power of emerging technologies. We’d like to thank Noise Solution once again for allowing us to innovate with them and contribute to taking their mission further.

Our Chief Technology Officer (UK & Ireland) gives his thoughts

We spoke to Mark Hartnady, VRP CTO (UK & Ireland), right after the award was presented. Here’s what he said:

“For many years, Noise Solution has been using the power of music to bring a sense of autonomy, relatedness, connectedness and purpose to the lives of trauma-impacted and neurodivergent youth. That work generates vast swathes of data, both structured and unstructured. VRP has helped make sense of that data using generative AI grounded in Salesforce^®, to create impact reporting – proving that their theory of self-determination really works.”

Also shortlisted for our work for Eurostar

Earlier this year, we shared the news that we were shortlisted in the awards. As well as being in the running for our winning work for Noise Solution, we were also shortlisted in the “Digital Transformation of the Year” category, for the work we’ve done for Eurostar – something else we’re very proud of. 

We helped this leading international rail operator to merge Thalys and Eurostar’s Salesforce orgs, data and processes following their corporate merger – all in time for a challenging, fixed deadline. We’re glad to say that the role we played in this vast programme of work was instrumental in its success, and enabled our client to achieve its goals and deliver for its customers.

Looking forward to the 2024 Global Awards!

As well as the UK awards, we’re also shortlisted in the 2024 Global Digital Revolution Awards. Roman Mosko, Nonprofit Customer Success Manager, is a contender for “Rising Star of the Year”. The award “recognizes outstanding contributions to the cloud industry by an individual”, and we’re delighted that Roman’s great work has placed him in the shortlist. 

As it brings together many organizations and experts from around the world, with a huge demand for online viewing, the Digital Revolution Awards Global 2024 Event will be taking place virtually. We look forward to watching on 13th June, and have our fingers crossed for another win!
