Ben’s Irish Dreamin’ top picks
Ben Glendon also gave us a few words about his personal favourites from Irish Dreamin’ 2025. He said:
“Regarding my favourite session, Robert Sösemann’s “AI Agents from the Trenches: What Works, What Doesn’t” stood out. Robert clearly demonstrated how AI can dramatically simplify Salesforce, making it more user-friendly through conversational interfaces that reduce the complexity of screens and buttons. He also explained how AI can automatically handle complex, repetitive tasks, enabling business users to manage software directly through simple language instructions.”
“I also found the discussion around Salesforce’s SDR AgentForce particularly interesting, highlighting the potential for AI-powered tools to transform the sales process. These tools can make sales teams more effective by automating routine activities, personalising customer interactions, and improving overall productivity.”
