We’re setting sail for the Salesforce Regatta 2023!

Every Salesforce^® event is special in its own way, from the huge extravaganza of Dreamforce to each stop on the Salesforce World Tour. But perhaps one of the most unique is Salesforce Regatta 2023. Find out more about it right here. 

What is the Salesforce Partner Regatta? 

The Salesforce Partner Regatta is an annual competitive sailing event. The full, official name of this year’s event is the Salesforce UKI Alliances & Channels Regatta 2023. Organized by Prometheus Sailing, the UK’s leading yacht charter business, it’s the largest corporate sailing event in the whole of the United Kingdom! The competitors are Salesforce Partners such as VRP Consulting, from across the Salesforce ecosystem, with their clients and members of Salesforce itself also joining the teams. See — we did say it was a little different from most events! 

The Salesforce Regatta builds a stronger Salesforce ecosystem by bringing together all kinds of Salesforce Partners from across the landscape in the spirit of friendly competition. We meet, create new links with each other and strengthen our existing relationships — all to the ultimate benefit of our clients. We’re excited to do just that at Salesforce Regatta 2023. 

When and where is it taking place?

What are the dates for the event? Salesforce Regatta 2023 is scheduled to take place from Tuesday 6 to Wednesday 7 June. 

As with previous years, the event takes place on The Solent, a strait of water between the Isle of Wight and mainland Great Britain. The competition starts on 6 June in Port Solent Marina in Portsmouth, from where the teams set sail. It ends in Cowes Yacht Haven in Cowes on the Isle of Wight. 

After the competition, there will be drinks, entertainment, a barbecue and a Partner Awards ceremony at the Events Centre. The next morning, on 7 June, there will be a program of morning races on the Solent, before returning to Port Solent for the Regatta prize-giving and afternoon tea. A great itinerary, we think you’ll agree! 

The VRP Consulting Team 

We have many sailing enthusiasts at VRP Consulting, so we had no problem getting a crew together. Our team for the Salesforce Partner Regatta includes Wojciech Malinowski, our Chief Operating Officer, who is a certified Sailing Captain and boat owner with many years of racing under his belt. 

Other crew-members include keen sailors Jennifer Casey, Sales Director UK & Ireland, and Anna Śniegowska, Global Campaign Manager. Our team is raring to hit the waves and we look forward to letting you know how they fare!
