Salesforce Solution Architect
USA (Remote)


We are seeking to add a Solution Architect to our growing US team. Our consultants are very client-facing, involved from presales through to delivery. They are focused towards discovery and design, retaining oversight on the build phases conducted by our delivery hubs and ensuring solutions meet client requirements against agreed acceptance criteria and project goals. It is likely this role will work across 2-3 projects at any one time across our exciting and innovative portfolio of work.

What you'll do

  • Pre-sales fact-finding, demonstrations, high level Salesforce solution design concepts & estimations
  • Salesforce configuration and demonstrations to support Proof of Concept ideas
  • Planning and leading client discovery workshops including process mapping & requirement capture
  • Authoring process flows, sequence diagrams, user stories and client facing documentation
  • Authoring solution designs and configuration workbooks / technical specs to describe the solution in detail
  • Conducting UAT and training onsite with clients
  • Stakeholder management
  • Providing thought leadership and guidance to clients

Who you are

  • Experienced in the Salesforce ecosystem, likely as a consultant for a Salesforce SI
  • Natural stakeholder and client management
  • Able to lead discussion around complex subject matter
  • Passion for self-starting, hybrid roles
  • Creative, analytical, solution & process-minded; able to elicit requirements to a high standard
  • Expert understanding of the Salesforce platform, ecosystem technologies and solutions
  • Expert in business use and benefits of Salesforce and CRM systems
  • Expert in data modelling, business process analysis & definition / documentation
  • Well organized, proactive and able to facilitate client workshops remotely and in person
  • Attention to detail whilst maintaining sight of the big picture
  • Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills, able to produce high quality documentation
  • Works well remotely, engaging with local and with near-shore delivery teams
  • Experience in financial accounting systems & their implementation an asset but not a requirement
  • Some travel to client sites required (when safe to do so), mainly across North America
